All Competition entrants must be registered in order to be eligible for review and award. Register by November 30, 2010,.

When you register, you will be given a Submission Number. This is how you will identify yourself and be identified to the Jury.

Entries must be submitted electronically, using Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), by December 18, 2010. Submit your entry BELOW.

FOR YOUR SUBMISSION

1. You are permitted up to two 8½ x 11 sheets.
2. Use one side only. You can organize the sheets in several different ways:
   1. Text and/or images on two consecutive pages oriented either letter or landscape;
   2. Text and/or images also can be arranged across two sheets placed side by side. The sheets can be oriented either letter or landscape.
   
3. Minimum font size is 10 point.
4. On each page of your submission, print your Submission Number in the lower right-hand corner. No other identifying information (name, address) is permitted on these sheets.
5. Print the required, up-to-50-word summary of your idea in minimum 10 point font. The preferred location is at the beginning of any text. In the case of non-text submissions, this summary can be located anywhere on the page(s).
6. Convert your submission into a maximum two-page pdf document format and submit below.

For the purposes of this Competition, the boundaries of the Washington Monument grounds are 15th and 17th Streets and Constitution and Independence Avenues.
